Get a taste of Italy : 11.00-3.00pm
You will make delicious Italian dishes which will be enjoyed towards the end of the cooking session with a nice glass of Italian wine from one of the local vineyards.
During your hands-on cookery class you might prepare:
Pepperonata on bruschetta to start
Chicken with crispy prosciutto
On a roasted tomato sauce
Potato gnocchi and seasonal vegetables for the main
And finish with Citrus Panna Cotta with almond and pistachio biscotti
You will go home with lots of new skills to try in your own kitchen.
