KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:
- 2 x 4 gas burner stove top with oven underneath
- 2 x Bakbar turbo ovens
- 4 x 1.8 stainless steel benches
- 1 additional stainless steel bench with double sink
- 1 commercial underbench dishwasher
- 1 upright commercial refrigerator
SMALLER EQUIPMENT:
- Over Trays
- Pots and pans
- Mixing bowls
- Chinois
- Colanders
- Miscellaneous smaller implements (eg whisks, fish slices, wooden spoons etc..)
- Baking trays
- Frypans
- Measuring cups and jugs
- Ladles
- Cooling racks
RENTAL:
Please check current availability with us.
Minimum 4 hours, (hours must include cleanup time)
Casual hourly rate – $25 + Gst per hour*.
Minimum hireage - 4 consecutive hours ($100.00 + Gst)
Rate includes – exclusive use of kitchen, use of all equipment listed above, power points and cleaning supplies.
For long term users you will need to pay a security deposit of $250.00 upon booking the kitchen. This deposit will be refunded (less rental charge), provided you have caused no damage to our facility or equipment and it is left as found**.
*Long term regular usage – rate can be negotiated.

USING THE KITCHEN:
It is recommended that individual users contact Auckland City Council as to their own obligations to register their own food business 'Food Control Plan'. This will be dependant on each individual user and product being prepared.
Before exit users will be required to clean the kitchen after them (see above**).
